For orders below $100 USD, we charge $7 USD for standard expedited shipping.

Average Shipping Time
For packages under 2.5kg, kindly allow 7-15 working days for your parcel to arrive.
For packages over 2.5kg, kindly allow 10-20 working days for your parcel to arrive.
Custom taxes on shipment
The customer is considered the importer of the purchased products hence, will be responsible for any applicable customs tax, import duties, goods and services tax (GST), value added tax (VAT), or any other customs-related fees. Customs policies may vary by country and Olivia's Lane does not make any guarantee should shipments not be or be subjected to customs-related fees. You may wish to contact your local customs office for more information on applicable customs-related fees.
In addition to the above mentioned, customers may incur other charges, such as administration or brokerage fees. These are handling charges incurred due to customs processing and clearance of your shipment. Customers are required to liaise and pay the relevant courier service upon delivery of the shipment - where applicable.
Rejecting a parcel due to custom taxes
Should customers refuse a package due to customs-related costs and issues, Olivia's Lane will not be held responsible for any fee processing, refund or reshipment of refused package. Customers are required to settle with the local customs office accordingly.
